The Port Autonome d'Abidjan. State company. A strategic player in the Ivorian economy is looking to increase its competitiveness in a maritime and port environment which is undergoing many changes. Wanting to be a port hub of international reference. The Port Autonome d'Abidjan is committed to an integrated quality and environment management approach: to meet the requirements of our interested parties by respecting the legal, regulatory and other obligations applicable to our activities as well as our contractual commitments.
Thus, the Port Autonome d'Abidjan has been certified since 2008 to ISO 9001 and since 2015. to ISO 14001.
In addition, the equipment and installations of the Port of Abidjan have been certified as compliant or ISPS code since July 2004.
Our Environmental Quality Policy applies to all activities based on the process approach method and revolves around the following axes
Satisfy our customers and interested parties by taking into account their needs and needs and expectations, and by guaranteeing the processing of their complaints in order to consolidate our position as first port on the

I personally commit with the General Management team to provide our support and the resources necessary for the deployment of this policy, for the achievement of objectives, and for the continuous improvement of our integrated management system.
I therefore urge the Autonomous Port of Abidjan and its service providers to collaborate in the implementation of this environmental quality policy in order to continuously improve our performance level.
I agree to bring our environmental quality policy to life and to revisit it during Management reviews.
