MEXICAN BUSINESSMEN IN PROSPECTION AT THE ABIDJAN PORT FOR THE CREATION OF A SHIPPING LINE

Present in Abidjan as part of the strengthening of cooperation between Côte d’Ivoire and Mexico, a delegation of Mexican businessmen led by the Ambassador of Mexico to Côte d’Ivoire, HEM. Robert LY DJEROU was received by the Port Authority on Thursday 21 July 2022.

The purpose of this visit to the Abidjan Port Authority was to analyze the conditions for opening a shipping line between the port of Veracruz and that of Abidjan so as to increase trade exchanges between the two countries.

As for Mr. Hien Yacouba SIÉ, Managing Director of PAA, he greeted this initiative from the Mexican delegation. He pointed that the institution he led was available to contribute to strengthening the trade relationships between Mexico and Côte d’Ivoire.

A visit to the port facilities ended the meeting.
