THE WOMEN OF ABIDJAN PORT AUTHORITY CELEBRATED THE INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY

As in other countries worldwide, on the day of 8th March 2018, Côte d’Ivoire celebrated the 41st edition of the International Women’s Day. Abidjan Port Authority, which is a socially responsible company, did not go against the tradition.

Thus, women in Abidjan Port Authority really wanted to mark this event through the organization of a conference on the theme: “Women’s Empowerment through financial inclusion” presented by two experts of NSIA Bank.

Let’s note that the ceremony which took place in the presence of Mr Hien Yacouba SIE, Managing Director of Abidjan Port Authority and Mr MEITE Salimata and Mrs.OKOU COULIBALY Djeneba GON, respectively Director of Human Resources and Director  of Marketing and Communication. It was an opportunity to glorify the women of the company. “You deserve to be glorified every day. This celebration gives me the opportunity to tell you how sensitive I am to the outstanding work you perform every day”, the Managing Director stated before urging them to contribute more actively to the actions for the development of Abidjan Port
