THE OPENING CEREMONY OF 11TH CONFERENCE OF PAPC

Mr. Mouhammed Boun Abdallah Dionne, Prime Minister representing the Head of State of Senegal officially opened on Thursday 16th February 2017, “Ports Forum in Dakar” in the presence of the Senegalese Minister for Fishing and Maritime Economy, The Minister of Economy, Mr. Hien Yacouba SIE (Ongoing President of PAPC), the Managing Director, Dakar Port Authority, the Managing Director W.T.O. and the Secretary General of PMAWCA. The Pan-African Association of Port Cooperation which was established in 1999 is the federation of the Port Management Association of West and Central Africa (PMAWCA) of the port Management Association of East and Southern Africa (PMAESA) and the Union of Port Administration of Northern Africa (UAPNA).
