ABIDJAN PORT AUTHORITY TOOK PART IN THE SINO-IVORIAN DAYS

Abidjan Port Authority took part in the 3rd edition of the Sino-Ivorian Days of investment and Partnership which took place from 05 to 09 December 2022 at the auditorium of CAISTAB in Abidjan-Plateau.

These days which were organized by CONIJAC (International Congress for Twinning and Friendship between Africa and China) aimed at establishing a framework for exchange and sharing between Chinese communities in order to reinforce local governance. The central theme of this edition was “Take exchanges between the Ivorian and Chinese local authorities to the heart of the building up of a new era of Sino-Ivorian relationship for the 40 coming years”.

As for Mr. Christian SERI AHOUA, Chairman of CONIJAC, these days were meant to help Chinese Companies to explore the potentialities provided by the Ivorian regions and municipalities

According to Mr. ZHOU Kungning, first Embassy counsellor of the People’s Republic of China to Côte D’Ivoire, China and Côte D’Ivoire which have established diplomatic relations since 1983 maintain excellent relationship. He reassured that China is willing to continue to promote liberalization and facilitation of trade

Dr AKA AOUÉLÉ, chairman of Conseil Economique Social, Environmental et Culturel (CESEC), sponsor of this ceremony in turn ,indicated that this institution is in line with the Ivorian Government Policy of promotion of exchange between Côte D’Ivoire and the outside world .Then He acknowledged the existing excellent relationships between Côte D’Ivoire and China.
