Mr. Glenn Mac Artney the new Maersk C.I. Managing Director was granted an audience by the Managing Director, Abidjan Port Authority. The meeting was an opportunity of both Top Managers to raise issues pertaining to the presence of the Danish group in Abidjan Port. Mr. Mac Artney made a short presentation of his group’s activities and thereafter, congratulated the Port Authority for the ongoing major modernization works which will have positive effects on their activities in Abidjan. Mr. Hien Yacouba SIE, the Abidjan Port Authority’s Managing Director on his turn was delighted with the presence of the group in Côte d’Ivoire and urged them to increase further their presence in Abidjan Port. He assured them about the promising future of Abidjan Port owing to the ongoing projects, namely the widening/ deepening of Vridi Canal and the construction of the second container terminal
