Mr. Hien Yacouba SIE Managing, Director of Abidjan Port Authority granted an audience on Wednesday 19 October 2016 to a delegation of the CBRN program of the European Union (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Threat). The delegation led by Mr. Christian Connan, former French ambassador came on mission to Cote d’ivoire in order to pursue the political dialogue with the Ivorian Authorities on the CBRN excellence Center of the European Union, but also to establish preliminary contacts with a view to drafting a study on the west African Ports, Hence the visit of the delegation in Abidjan Port Authority. The Managing Director of Abidjan Port Authority, concerned about maritime and port security expressed his willingness to establish possible exchanges as part of the program.
