A DELEGATION OF CONGOLESE SHIPPING LINES ON A PROSPECTING MISSION IN ABIDJAN PORT AUTHORITY.

On Wednesday 21 June 2023, following the official visit of His Excellency Denis SASSOU-NGUESSO, President of the Republic of Congo, to Côte d’Ivoire from 12 to 14 June 2023, a delegation of the Congolese shipping Lines (LMC SA) paid a prospecting visit to Abidjan Port Authority.

The delegation of LMC SA Comprising MM TAMBWE Anderson, Commercial and Operation Director and Jean Marie PWEMA, Maritime Affairs Expert was granted an audience by Colonel COFFI Yao Emmanuel Representing the Managing Director of Abidjan Port Authority. Colonel Aya Kouakou, Technical Advisor of the Minister of Transports in charge of Maritime Affairs was at his side.

Mr TAMBWE Anderson, Head of the delegation indicated that the mission to PAA was part of the strengthening of cooperation between Côte d’Ivoire and Congo, and also was aimed at developing Operation of LMC SA in Abidjan Port.

During the exchange, Colonel COFFI Yao Emmanuel thanked the delegation for its interest in Abidjan Port , and assured his guests of the willingness of the Port Authority to accompany LMC SA in the implementation of the project, all that furthers future the development of south-south Cooperation.
