10TH EDITION OF THE TOP SECRETARIAT AWARDS: ABIDJAN PORT AUTHORITY SUPPORTS ADMINISTRATIVE EXCELLENCE

The awards ceremony for the 10th edition of the Top Secretariat Awards, organized by JM Events, took place on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at the Sofitel Hotel Ivoire in Cocody, Abidjan, under the patronage of Mr. Hien Yacouba SIÉ, Managing Director of Abidjan Port Authority, represented on this occasion by Dr. Titi PALÉ, Director of Commercial, Marketing, and Communication.

“In supporting this event, the Abidjan Port Authority shines a spotlight on administrative excellence, rigor, and the dedication of these ‘gateways’ within every organization,” noted Dr. Titi PALÉ, who, on behalf of the sponsor, congratulated all the laureates for their dedication to delivering quality public service, a solid pillar for building the Ivorian nation.

During the ceremony, several secretaries were awarded for their professionalism, innovation, and contributions to their organizations.

Three major Hien Yacouba SIÉ Awards were presented across three categories:

• Hope Category: Awarded to Mrs. Amenan Robertine YAO (née AKA), Executive Assistant at the Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Urban Development, in the Department of Modernization, IT, Simplification, and Document Security.
• Junior Category: Awarded to Mrs. KONE (née OUATTARA Rokiatou Nadège), Secretary at IPS-CGRAE, in the Quality, Organization, and Client Relations Department.
• Senior Category: Awarded to Mrs. HAMA Fatoumata, Secretary to the Presidents of Committees at the National Assembly of Côte d’Ivoire.
