THE NEW DIRECTOR OF LAND AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OF ABIDJAN PORT AUTHORITY TAKES OFFICE

Formerly Director of the Fishing Terminal, Mr. Bamoussa OUATTARA has now taken the helm of the Land and Property Management Directorate of Abidjan Port Authority, following his appointment by the Managing Director, Mr. Hien Yacouba SIÉ, on February 10, 2025.

On Friday, February 14, 2025, the handover ceremony took place between the new Director and his predecessor, Mr. TOURÉ ZOUMANA, who is retiring.

The ceremony was presided over by Mr. DAH Sansan, Director of Administrative, Legal, and Litigation Affairs, and supervised by Mr. N’DOLI KOUADIO André, Director of Engineering and Project Management.

Following the formal protocols, Mr. Bamoussa OUATTARA, while commending his predecessor for the quality of work accomplished, pledged to continue his legacy by building on the solid foundations laid.

The new Director of Land and Property Management at PAA holds a Master’s degree in Public Law and a Master 2 in Public Sector Law from Félix Houphouët-Boigny University in Cocody. He also holds a Master's degree in Maritime and Oceanic Law and Security from the University of Nantes.
