The President of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, H.E. Alassane OUATTARA, appointed Mr. Hien Yacouba SIÉ, then Director General of the Abidjan Port Authority, as Minister of Infrastructure and Road Maintenance on Friday, January 23, 2026.

This appointment crowns a remarkable professional career marked by a constant commitment to the development and modernization of the country’s maritime and port infrastructures.

The entire staff of the Abidjan Port Authority extends its warmest congratulations to Mr. Hien Yacouba SIÉ and wishes him great success in his new duties in the service of the nation.
