PORT CRIMINALITY AS THE MAIN SUBJECT OF A MEETING AT ABIDJAN PORT AUTHORITY

The Inter Regional Maritime Security Institute in collaboration with the Regional Academy of Maritime Science and Technology of Abidjan (ARSTM) is organizing from 25th to 28th September 2017 a seminar on port criminality. The opening ceremony took place on Monday 25th September 2017 in the Auditorium of the Abidjan Port Authority’s Headquarters in the presence of Mr Hien Yacouba SIE Managing Director of Abidjan Port Authority and Mr Karim COULIBALY Managing Director of the Academy.

It should be noted that the seminar aims at reinforcing the capacities of the Administration of the ECOWAS members (Economic Community of West African States) and those of the Economic Community of Central African (ECCAS) in the field maritime security and safety in the Gulf of Guinea.
