ABIDJAN PORT AUTHORITY HONOURED: AN AWARD GRANTED TO DR TITI PALE COMMERCIAL, MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION DIRECTOR AT THE FIRST EDITION OF “THOSE WHO INSPIRE COTE D’IVOIRE’’.

The Launching evening of the Volume 1of the First Edition of “Those who inspire Côte D’Ivoire” took place on Thursday 23 March 2023 at Ivoire Trade Center de Cocody. 44 Women and Men in total, including people of great renown , some unknown to the general public, others with an inspiring profile through their experience have been honoured; These were Christiane Bitty Kouyaté, Didier Drogba, Sandrine Roland, Habib Koné, Jean Louis Menan Kouamé, Olivia Yacé and Mariame Dao Gabala.

In the presence of Mr KOUADIO Jules Director of economic studies, strategy and planning (DEESP) representing Mr Hien Yacouba SIE, Managing Director of Abidjan Port Authority (PAA), Dr TITI PARE Commercial, Marketing and Communication Director has also been granted an award during the ceremony, in which PAA was a partner.

Dr TITI PALE who holds a double doctorate in Social Anthropology and Political Communication also has Master Degree in Marketing Communication, Communication for organizations visual Anthropology and Diplomacy in addition to a diploma in journalism. Moreover, she is the author of six (06) books dealing with Women condition, and political communication. The last book having been published just two weeks earlier. The talented recipient who is charge of the commercial, marketing and communication management in an Institution which is the economic driving force of Côte d’Ivoire, has constructed an inspiring professional pathay, which did not go unnoticed to the initiator of such an impactful project.

The Collection ‘’Those Who Inspire” founded by Delphine Barets and Marlène Plomick,published its first book “ Those who inspire Oman” in 2012 and is present in 13 Countries spread over 04 continents throughout the world. It aims at motivating young people by providing outstanding life stories which could be an inspiration, and prepare the young to become mentors.

“Through the book and the life stories collected, I am convinced that our young readers will be filled with the positive energy released. Contributing to raising awareness, and revealing passions is something. Which could be achieved thanks to you, Inspiring people who have played sometimes the difficult and emotional game to immerse yourselves in your life experience and share the lessons learned” as stated by Raphaelle NEMO, Co-editor of ‘’ Those Who Inspire Cote d’Ivoire’’. After the launching evening, she added, “Inspiring Days’’ will be organized during which books will be freely distributed to the students in public universities. These inspiration days will provide framework for exchanges between students and the inspiring models described in the book.

The event also provides the opportunity for her to thank the partners who believed in the project and spontaneously decided to back up the initiative which got materialized with the publishing of 2000 books.

Mrs. Sandrine ROLAND congratulated on behalf “of Inspiring people” all the team members for the initiative and the remarkable work done and also mentioned the fact that they felt honoured for having been selected to serve as an example for the Ivorian Young people”.
