ABIDJAN PORT AUTHORITY HONOURED: DR TITI PALE WON A PRIZE AT THE SECOND EDITION OF “WONDERFUL MOM’S”

On Friday 30 June 2023 at Eden Golf Hotel of Abidjan, “Fraternity Matin Group” organized through “Femme d’Afrique” its women’s magazine, the second edition of its concept ‘’ Wonderful MOM’S ‘’. It is a celebration and prize award ceremony for African women, leaders mothers, committed with an inspiring path and who have an impact on their community through their work and their role as housewife.

Dr Titi Pale, Commercial, Marketing and Communication Director in Abidjan Port Authority has been awarded a prize during this event in which the Abidjan Port Authority was a partner.

Dr Titi Palé who is a Researcher in Social Sciences holds a double PHD degree in Social Anthropology and Political Communication at Universités de Paris et Bordeaux in France. She also holds four (04) Masters in Communication, in Organizations, Marketing Communication, in Visual Anthropology and in Diplomacy, has a passion for writing. She has a degree in Journalism from the prestigious University of Journalism of West Africa in Dakar, Senegal (CESTI) and won the first prize for the foreign press in Dakar. And rightly, she is to date, the author of six (06) books which fully illustrate her commitment to the improvement of women status. Her last book published in this year 2023 by Editions l’Harmattan, dealing with women ministers appointed in Côte d’Ivoire is a perfect example. The choice for our brilliant beneficiary is undoubtedly related to her inspiring, motivating and impressive path.

In total, twelve women leaders from various backgrounds, precisely Directors Generals in Public Administration, in private companies, Women Executives, SMC’s Managers, Chairwomen of associations, Women Artists and Comedians have been celebrated in the presence of Senator Marie-Irene RICHMOND AHOUA, their Godmother et many other officials.

Mr Serge Abdel NOUHO, Director General of “Groupe Fraternité Matin” seized the opportunity of the ceremony to congratulate all the recipients for the many examples of abnegation and solidarity that they embody. According to him, these women are brave mothers, exceptional mothers who share their precious values of courage, hardworking and humanism. He emphasized that they represent support and landmarks for their respective families and for their society. He demonstrated the strong commitment of his group to shine a spotlight on the women who have been contributing through their business activities as well as their activities with the family, in the development of the nation.

“Reconcile Work and Family Work: How to Take up the Challenge?” such was the theme for the panel’s discussion throughout the evening. Three women experts shared their experience on the topic to instruct the participants and help them to ensure work and family balance.

At the end of the awards ceremony, Mrs TRAORE Adjaratou épse COULIBALY, the Honourable Member of Parliament for Koumassi District, welcome this good initiative which, not only contributes to gender promotion but also to the empowerment of women.
