The 2nd Edition of the International Conference on the Tuna Industry opened yesterday at Sofitel Abidjan Hotel Ivoire, on the theme:” a 360° prospect on the durability of the African Tuna Industry”

The opening ceremony of the conference which will last two days (05-06 September) was chaired by Mr Daniel Kablan DUCAN, Prime Minister, Minister in Charge of Economy , Finance and Budget in the presence of many parties of the tuna industry in Cote d’Ivoire  and from various African Countries (Ghana, Senegal, Seychelles, Madagascar and Mauritius.

Abidjan Port as the Top Tuna Port in Africa and second after Japan took an active part in this gathering with the effective participation of Mr. .Hien Yacouba SIE, Managing Director.

Let’s remind that this conference will enable to analyse all the outlines of the tuna industry so as to bring out good development prospects.
