Institut Pasteur de Côte d’Ivoire ( IPCI) has celebrated from  02 to 06  May 2023 at ¨Hotel Palm Club d’Abidjan¨ its 50 th year of existence around the theme «  50 years of service to the population : challenges and innovations »

Abidjan Port Authority partner of this event hosted a booth to promote its social commitment.

The launching ceremony took place on 02 May 2023 in the presence of Mr.Arsene Toka Kobea, Cabinet Director ,representing  Pr Adama Diawara,Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Pr Mireille Dosso Director General of IPCI.

The celebration of the fiftieth anniversary will enable this important link of Cote d’Ivoire’s health care system in order to make. it self known through its missions,fields of competence and activities.The senior members of the Institut Pasteur will also be given the opportunity to make a review of activities by highlighting the achievements and challenges.

Established in 1972, the «  Institut Pasteur de Côte d’Ivoire « was then inaugurated by President Felix Houphouet Boigny and Pr Jacques Monod who was Director of «  Institut Pasteur de Paris »
