CRUISE SHIP TRAFFIC CONTINUES ITS PROGRESS AT ABIDJAN PORT
On Thursday 09 May 2024, “SEVEN SEAS MARINER”, a luxury ship, the first of its kind in the world, exclusively equipped with balcony suites berthed at Abidjan Port with 442 passengers.
A stopover of a few hours, which enabled cruise passengers to discover some touristic sites in Côte d'Ivoire, including among others the "Cathedrale Saint Paul” and the "Musée des Civilisations" in Plateau, the "Jardin Botanique " and “Orphelinat de Bingerville” as well as the historical City of Grand-Bаssam.
This cruise ship operated by Regent Seven Seas Cruises, is 216 m long, 28.8m wide, with a draught of 7 m. It is composed of 350 suites in total.
This developing cruise traffic in Abidjan Port draws special attention from the Port Authority.
