A DELEGATION FROM CMA-CGM VISITS THE ABIDJAN PORT AUTHORITY

A delegation of the CMA-CGM (Compagnie Maritime d'Affrètement - Compagnie Générale Maritime), led by Mr. Ramon FERNANDEZ, Executive Vice President, Finance, paid a courtesy call on the Managing Director of the Abidjan Port Authority (PAA), Mr. Hien Yacouba SIÉ, on Friday 27 September 2024.

For the occasion, Mr. Ramon FERNANDEZ was joined by Mrs. Adeline GABILLAUD, Director of the West Africa Regional Office, and Mr. Xavier COLLIGNON, Director General of CMA-CGM Côte d'Ivoire.

The meeting allowed the representative of the French shipowner to review the activities of his Group at the Abidjan Port. He also congratulated the Port Authority for the modernisation of the Abidjan Port through the construction of new facilities. Finally, he pointed to his Group's readiness to contribute further to the port's development.

Welcoming the initiative of the visit, Mr. Hien Yacouba SIÉ reassured his hosts of the willingness of the institution he heads to support CMA-CGM in its development at the Abidjan Port.
