THE LAFARGEHOLCIM GROUP RECEIVED BY THE ABIDJAN PORT AUTHORITY

Present on the Ivorian market for seventy years, the French Group LafargeHolcim operates in the construction materials industry, notably cement, concrete and aggregates.

It is within the framework of their activities at the Abidjan Port that a delegation of the group led by Mr. Xavier Saint MARTIN TILLET, was received in audience on Wednesday 18 January 2023, by the Managing Director of the Abidjan Port Authority (PAA), Mr. Hien Yacouba SIÉ. He was accompanied for the occasion by Mr. Rachid YOUSRY, General Manager of LafargeHolcim Côte d'Ivoire.

During the meeting, Mr. Xavier Saint MARTIN TILLET, West Africa Cluster Director of the group indicated that the purpose of the visit was to discuss the cooperation between his group and  PAA and also to review their activities at the Abidjan Port. Mr. Hien Yacouba SIÉ congratulated the group for its contribution to the Ivorian economy and said he was in favour of studying the recommendations made by the LafargeHolcim group.
