“Today, you cross a decisive milestone not only as graduates but also as potential contributors to Côte d’Ivoire’s economic development, armed with the advanced skills you have acquired in the highly specialized REGPI domain. You should be proud,” he stated.
He highlighted the major infrastructure development projects initiated since 2012, which have enhanced the competitiveness of Abidjan Port and repositioned it on the international stage. These include:

These examples, he explained, underscore the importance of the REGPI program, which trains high-level professionals in this strategic economic field.
He also expressed gratitude to the training program’s managers, including Dr. KOMENAN AKA Narcisse, Vice-Dean of the UFR-SEG, and Dr. SORRO Amadou, Director of the REGPI Program, for their effective guidance and support of the students.
For his part, Dr. KOMENAN AKA Narcisse expressed his appreciation to Mr. Hien SIÉ for his unwavering support. He also praised Mr. SIÉ’s leadership and his pivotal role in the development of Côte d’Ivoire’s port sector.
