THE NEW DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE BURKINA FASO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY MEETS WITH THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OF THE ABIDJAN PORT AUTHORITY

On Tuesday, December 10, 2024, the new Director General of the Burkina Faso Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI-BF), Mr. Mahamady KOUSSOUBE, paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Hien Yacouba SIÉ, Managing Director of Abidjan Port Authority.

He was accompanied by Mr. Ibrahima LOMPO, CCI-BF's representative in Côte d’Ivoire.

Mr. Mahamady KOUSSOUBE stated that his visit was an opportunity to formally introduce himself to the Port Authority following his recent appointment. He also reaffirmed his institution’s close ties with the Abidjan Port and committed to strengthening and expanding the cooperation between CCI-BF and the Abidjan Port, which serves as the natural gateway for Burkina Faso.

The meeting also covered discussions on shared areas of interest between the two parties.
