THE PAA PARTICIPATES IN THE 2022 NATIONAL QUALITY DAYS
The 2022 edition of the National Quality Days (JNQ) took place from 11 to 13 October 2022, at the auditorium of CAISTAB in Abidjan-Plateau, on the central theme, "Management of Quality Security Environment (QSE) in the National Economic Context and Business Resilience. "
In his speech at the opening ceremony, the President of the Strategic Council of the Association of Quality Professionals of Côte d'Ivoire (APQCI), Mr. BÉNIÉ Brou Dakoi, said that the JNQ were initiated to promote quality management in order to position Quality at the heart of governance in all state and private structures and even in the social body.
These days were an opportunity for specialists in the field, to exchange through conferences, panels and B to B meetings, to identify strategies and actions that can contribute to increasing the performance of Ivorian companies to positively influence the economy of Côte d'Ivoire.
At the closing ceremony on13 October, Mr. TRA-BI Irié Denis, Director of Cabinet representing the Minister of Trade, Industry and Promotion of SMEs, Mr. Souleymane DIARRASSOUBA, the patron of that event, said that the exchanges were very rewarding and led to relevant proposals that will be analyzed and taken into account by his department, in order to serve as a track of improvement in the effective management of businesses.
The officials at this meeting had to visit the various exhibition stands including that of the Abidjan Port Authority.
Note that for over a decade, the Managing Director of PAA has placed quality management at the heart of its process. This has earned it a double certification to ISO 9001 standards for the reception of ships and 14001 for its efforts in sustainable environmental management.
