THE PORT AUTHORITY RECEIVED A DELEGATION FROM THE CMA-CGM CÔTE D'IVOIRE GROUP

The Managing Director of the Abidjan Port Authority (PAA), Mr. Hien Yacouba SIÉ, met on 5 December 2023, with a delegation of the representation of the CMA-CGM Group in Côte d'Ivoire.

Mr. Xavier COLLIGNON Director-General of CMA- CGM in Côte d'Ivoire, indicated that the primary objective of the visit was to present to the Port Authority, his recently appointed staff member, Mr. Apollinaire AKA, the new Deputy Director-General.

The meeting was utilized by both parties to examine the Group's commercial and social activities at the Abidjan Port and in Côte d'Ivoire.  To this end, Mr. COLLIGNON reaffirmed the will of CMA-CGM to contribute more to the increase of the traffic of the Abidjan Port in order to participate in the economic influence of the country.

Mr. Hien SIÉ, while addressing his deep congratulations to the new Deputy Director-General, assured him that the PAA would support him in achieving his objectives.
