SH DIANA CRUISE SHIP DOCKS AT ABIDJAN PORT
As part of its voyage entitled “Crucibles of West Africa,” the cruise ship SH DIANA docked at the Abidjan Port on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, offering its passengers an immersive experience into the cultural and historical richness of Côte d’Ivoire.
Commissioned in 2023, the SH DIANA is the largest vessel in the Swan Hellenic fleet, measuring 125 meters in length and 20 meters in width. Equipped with a PC6-class reinforced hull, it is built to navigate remote regions, offering cruises that combine luxury and exploration.
The cruise ship carries 299 people, including 170 passengers and 129 crew members.
This stopover at the Abidjan Port once again confirms the quality of the port's infrastructure and the growing interest of cruise operators in Côte d’Ivoire as a destination.
Coming from Elmina Bay Port (Ghana), the SH DIANA will continue its journey to Dakar, with its next stop at Monrovia Port in Liberia.
It is worth noting that Swan Hellenic is a high-end British cruise company specializing in historically and culturally focused voyages.
