VISIT OF A DELEGATION OF TANGER MED TO ABIDJAN PORT AUTHORITY

With a view to reinforcing economic relations between Côte d’Ivoire and Morocco, and precisely enabling a better development of trading flows, a delegation of Morocco Port and industrial complex, Tanger Med has spent some time in Côte d’Ivoire.

To that extent, the delegation led by Mr. Abdoulaye ALLIAGNI, Deputy Director of the office of Ivorian Minister of Transport, was received, on March 16, 2022, by Mr. Hien Yacouba SIÉ, Managing Director of Abidjan Port Authority (PAA), who made a presentation of Abidjan Port’s investment opportunities.

At the end of the presentation, Mr. Ahmed BENNIS, Development Manager of Tanger Med Group, was delighted at the great progress of Abidjan Port and promised to work for an increase in the trade between Côte d'Ivoire and the Morocco.

The meeting ended with a tour of the port facilities.
