TRAINING OF DIRECTORS GENERAL AND DEPUTY DIRECTORS OF IVORIAN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

On Wednesday 09 February 2022, the Official Closing Ceremony of the training programme of Directors General and Deputy Directors of Public companies, refered to as ‘’Public Executive Certificate (PEC) took place in Sofitel Abidjan Hôtel Ivoire.

Mr Hien Yacouba SIE, Managing Director of Abidjan Port was among the trainees who were honoured to receive their certificates from the Minister of the Budget and State Portfolio, Mr Moussa SANOGO, in the presence of technical partners, stakeholders namely HEC-Paris and Institut National des Administrateurs de Côte d’Ivoire (INAD-CI).

On that occasion, the Minister Sanogo stated that the training which gathered about sixty executives of Ivoirian Public Administration was aimed at improving governance and developing the performance of public companies which led the State to approach HEC-Paris to conduct the training.

At the end of the programme, Mr Hien Yacouba SIE, spokesperson of the trainees welcomed the quality of the training. He expressed his appreciation to the Government and call on his colleagues to maintain and foster the relationships built during their training session.

It is to be noted that ‘’Public Executive Certificate’’ which deals with topics such as governance, deontology and ethics, pilotage of the human capital performance, leadership skills, communication etc was conducted in collaboration with Institut National des Administrateurs de Cote d’Ivoire (INAD-CI).
